3. Products

4. Order

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you indicated when placing the order. 6. Withdrawal

The shipping price indicated at the time of the order is calculated on the basis of the shipping price in mainland France only. For all orders sent outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, an additional cost will be charged.

"CILINFO" reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, however the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of registration, subject to availability.

8. Payment

9. Disputes

This contract is subject to French law. "CILINFO" cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from a malfunction or from the improper use of the products sold. 10. Guarantee

We are bound by the legal guarantee against hidden defects, within the meaning of article 1641 and following of the Civil Code which provides: "The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the item which make it unfit for use of which it is intended, or which reduce this use so much that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price, if he had known them ".

Our equipment is guaranteed for two years from the date of shipment. The warranty covers any operational defect resulting from a defect in material, design or manufacture. Our responsibility cannot be engaged in the following cases:

Retention of title

The transfer of ownership of the products sold is subject to the payment of the price, in principal and incidental, at the due date by the customer. In any event, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and hidden defects (Article 1625 and following of the Civil Code). 11. Legal information

Condition

If you live outside the European Union and overseas departments, the invoice is drawn up to this residence address and you wish to benefit from a tax refund, you can request an export sales slip from our services. The price calculated and mentioned on the invoice will be all taxes included (TTC). The goods that may be zero-rated will be those that you have purchased for your personal needs, and the amount of your purchases must be greater than or equal to € 175.00 (including tax) excluding the participation of shipping costs and / or offers of services and / or Promotional offers. Formalities
